Return Period
You may request a return within 35 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the return conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging, accessories, and included items.
- Products with signs of use, damage, modification, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase confirmation, is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products that have been used may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for return.
- After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Policy
Once your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Return Shipping Fees
- If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, LunaPetia will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to personal preference, incorrect selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
