Return and Exchange Policy

Return Period

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after the product is delivered. The cooling-off period is not a trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and gifts.
  • Please do not use or seal the product after opening, except for defective items.
  • Please provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return and tell us the reason for the return.
  2. After confirmation, we will provide the return address and return reference number.
  3. Send the product back to the designated address.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping fee.
  • For non-product-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
