Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after the product is delivered. The cooling-off period is not a trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and gifts.
- Please do not use or seal the product after opening, except for defective items.
- Please provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to request a return and tell us the reason for the return.
- After confirmation, we will provide the return address and return reference number.
- Send the product back to the designated address.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Shipping Fees
- If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping fee.
- For non-product-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
